Indoor Bonsai does everything possible to assure that your live tree arrives quickly and in healthy condition by using the most appropriate shipping method and carrier for your order.
if you provide a valid email address, a tracking number will be sent to that address after the close of business on the day your order is shipped.
in order to prevent live trees from being held by the carrier over the long weekend, we ship all orders to arrive before the end of the current week (including saturday) providing that we receive your order prior to 1:00 pm eastern time on tuesday.
if your order is placed after 1:00 eastern time on tuesday, your order will generally be shipped the following monday with the following exception: if your order is being delivered to an address east of the mississippi, bonsai boy will use best efforts to deliver your live tree by the end of the current week. if ordering as a gift for a specific delivery date, please call 1-800-790-2763 for confirmation of delivery date.

please note that there is an $8.95 minimum shipping fee for most accessory items when shipped alone, however, for most accessories, the shipping is free with a tree order.
next day shipments:
next day shipments are available (ships today, arrives tomorrow) monday through thursday at 3 times the normal shipping cost for that item. for example, if the shipping cost shown in our catalog is $9.95, the next day shipping cost will be $29.85. friday shipping for saturday delivery is available at 3 times the normal shipping cost plus a $15 delivery surcharge, please call (800) 790-2763 to arrange. orders for next day shipments must be received by 1:00 pm eastern time. (we specialize in same day shipping).
international shipments:
we do not ship internationally (including canada and mexico).
surcharge:
shipments to alaska, hawaii, puerto rico and us virgin islands, add $15.00 surcharge.
